Oh I forgot to mention when I made this post, but I thought you might find it interesting so I'll mention it now.
But we actually have a character in Guild wars 2 that's a multiple system. Well, at least that's how we play her. I mean, all sylvari are kind of interlinked, and share a common "headworld" of sorts in the dream before they're "born". So the whole thing is a little multiple-ish. But usually once they're born, it's usually 1 voice/person per body.
But for what ever reason, when they were born, and had some physical separation from the collective - there were still two people in their one body. Since they met their fern hound (They're a ranger). They kind of consider themselves a multiple system of 3 people with 2 bodies.
